Yes, our machines include a lifetime warranty for the main machine, subject to the warranty policy terms, and are subject to strict quality control.

Our warranty provides you a guarantee against manufacturer defects. The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us immediately if you observe any defects.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to the manufacturing process.

Yes we are now the exclusive distributor for United States customers for the EMShape® Neo, Perfect Shape® Neo and EMStrong® product lines.

We also serve other countries outside United States, however we are not exclusive outside U.S., and buyers can potentially order directly from Rejuva Fresh. Note that outside of the U.S., Rejuva Fresh-direct and MShape Beauty prices are generally the same or very similar.

In 2025, as part of the ongoing litigation between innovative US contract manufacturer Rejuva Fresh and industry giant BTL, Rejuva Fresh was in the process of invalidating BTL’s key patents related to EMSculpt. After 3 years fighting with Rejuva Fresh, BTL, who we speculate must have an unlimited legal budget, still couldn’t drive their main competitor out of the US market.

Out of court settlement - everything was settled out of court. And the amount of incentive payment by BTL to Rejuva Fresh for ceasing direct sales of the reported products to US customers is confidential, however we can imagine it must be a lot considering all that BTL has to lose if all its patents were invalidated.

Everything was a private, out-of-court agreement, not a court-ordered judgment.

United States orders are shipped from within United States, and delivery time for most products takes 3 - 7 business days.

International express shipping takes 7 - 12 business days for most products.

Laser machines and customized machines may require additional preparation time.
