The warranty does not cover accidental damage, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to the manufacturing process.

In 2025, as part of the ongoing litigation between innovative US manufacturer Rejuva Fresh and industry giant BTL, Rejuva Fresh was in the process of invalidating BTL’s key patents related to EMSculpt. After 3 years fighting with Rejuva Fresh, BTL, who we speculate must have an unlimited legal budget, still couldn’t drive their main competitor out of the US market.

You’ll notice that now BTL advocates publicly claim they “secured a permanent injunction”.

Reality - everything was settled out of court. And the amount of incentive payment by BTL to Rejuva Fresh for ceasing direct sales of the reported products to US customers is confidential, however we can imagine it must be a lot considering all that BTL has to lose if all its patents were invalidated.

While BTL advocates references a "permanent injunction," this stems merely from the voluntary agreement being enforceable under Maine law; however, again, this was a private, out-of-court agreement, not a court-ordered judgment.
