It is also our mission to not create any unnecessary waste. That is why MShape Beauty machines come with a no‑hassle, no‑rhetoric lifetime guarantee. When you spend your hard‑earned money on one of our machines, you can do so knowing it will remain fully‑functional and defect‑free. You can also rest assured that we will do everything in our power to keep your machine in use and out of a landfill.

The Guarantee

If any part of your M‑shape Beauty product becomes non‑functioning or defective, we will repair or replace it with a fully‑functioning item in the same or better condition for first 18 months.

We provide live 1‑to‑1 live video zoom conferencing M‑ F to guide you or your staff on how to replace any such parts, so the task can done quickly and successfully. And lifetime advice and remote live video conference calls showing you or your staff how to install such parts.

Enhanced warranty that includes onsite technician visits instead of remote support is available for $4900 per year (up to 3 devices are covered.). Enhanced warranty may be added anytime within first 10 years of ownership, subject to approval. Please contact us for details.

Note the "non‑functioning or defective" part. This means that the warranty does not cover cosmetic wear that does not affect the safety or function of your product. In our opinion, a little scratch or knick here and there is nothing more than bragging rights that you've been having some use with your machines. But if something breaks due to manufacturer defect or during normal use, don’t worry one bit. We’re behind you all the way.

Also note the "same or better condition" part. We're serious about keeping our products in use and out of the ground. We guarantee all our world‑class machines against manufacturing defects, but it is not guaranteed that they will never become blemished due to daily use nor that they will not experience any wear and tear over time.

Limitations

Upon receiving your order, you have 7 business days in which to unbox your machine, and an unboxing video is required to protect your purchase. In the unlikely event that your machine arrives significantly damaged due to rough transit and you report it within 7 days together with your unboxing video, this video allows us to fast‑track your replacement. You should not have to deal with a broken machine. Once we verify the shipping damage that causes your machine to be non‑functional through your video, we will send you a brand‑new machine immediately.The metal and wood packing box is not covered by our guarantee and we don’t guarantee it will arrive unblemished.

In the unlikely event that your unit has any issues, please contact us immediately to meet us by zoom to check. We will solve the problem 100% asap, typically within 24 hours on business days. MShape Beauty is not responsible for revenue loss due to downtime required for repair, replacement, or shipping time.

If a free replacement device is granted, it will be at the sole discretion of MShape Beauty, and the customer is responsible for all shipping costs, and the warranty time frame remains the same from the original purchase.

As described above, our warranty does not cover cosmetic wear, scratches, blemishes, stains, etc. It is the nature of equipment to develop bits of character over time. Our warranty primarily covers defects or failures that affect the core functionality of our products. If you have a dirty or stained product, follow our simple instructions for cleaning it.

Aside from that, we're not going to nickel‑and‑dime you out of a warranty with a bunch of silly exceptions. We've built our reputation on building high‑quality gear and offering the best customer service out there, and we’re going to keep up our end of that bargain. We kindly ask our customers to keep up their end, too. Please don’t interpret our warranty as a license to misuse, neglect, or intentionally destroy your machines.
