Entire sentences and unusual phrases are identical, the events appear in the same order, and the same specific details are repeated. Only machine name was changed, but the underlying story was copied.

MShape Beauty went a step further and contacted the legitimate clients associated with the order numbers supplied by the reviewer.

Neither client knew “Raquel” or indicated any connection with the person who posted the review.

For privacy reasons, MShape Beauty will not publicly disclose the names, email addresses, telephone numbers or other personally identifiable information of these legitimate clients.

However, the underlying records and relevant communications are being preserved and can be provided as appropriate to Trustpilot's legal department and legal counsel.

More Conclusive Evidence:  The Order Dates Do Not Match the Reviewer's Claimed Purchase

There is another major contradiction.

The review describes what is represented as a recent purchase, approximately one month before the review was posted.

However, the two order numbers subsequently supplied to substantiate that claimed experience correspond to MShape Beauty transactions from approximately two and three years earlier.

Therefore, the order information supplied does not merely belong to different people. The dates of those transactions are also incompatible with the purchase timeline described in the review.
